Genesis 22:2
Then He said, “Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you.” (Genesis 22:2 NKJV)
The word love is first used in the Bible here. The word love for Hebrew is as broad as the word is in English. You could use the same Hebrew word for love to speak of you love for God and His love for you as you would about your love of steak, but probably not bacon cheeseburgers. But the context of the first usage in the Bible of the Word love speaks to Abraham about his only son. (Now we know that Abraham had another son, but Ishmael doesn't count. He is a work of the flesh, but Isaac is the son of promise.) when we use the word love for so many things, it's difficult to correctly convey the meaning you attach to it. How can you show your love in other ways?

My son would know I love him if I bought him a bacon cheese burger!
