Genesis 9:16

The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.” (Genesis 9:16 NKJV)

When you see a rainbow, do you think of the Bible story? God does. The rainbow is God's promise that He will never wipe out all of life with a flood again because of their sin. This is our second chance. We've already messed up once. The rainbow is an everlasting sign of God's mercy. When you see a rainbow, thank God.
